Shipment Dashboard
Each shipment in OFreight has a centralized dashboard where all related information and activities are managed in one place.
Top Banner
The top banner displays key shipment details, providing a quick overview of the shipment at a glance.
Key Information
The following information is visible in the top banner:
- Shipment / Booking Number
- Quote Request Number
- Shipment type and summary
- Sales representative
- Customer
- Shipment status
Actions Menu
On the top right, the Actions dropdown provides quick access to important operations:
- Edit the shipment
- Duplicate the shipment
- Archive or cancel the shipment
- View shipment activity logs
- Reassign the sales representative
Dashboard Layout
The shipment dashboard is divided into three main sections to provide clear visibility and efficient workflow management:
- Left: Shipment details
- Center: Tasks related to the shipment
- Right: Visual route map for better visibility and understanding
Channels Section
Below the dashboard, you will find two main channels.
Internal Channel
The Internal Channel helps teams collaborate on shipment execution.
Key Capabilities
- Manage shipment collaborators by adding or updating team members
- Communicate internally with your team
Contracts
The Contracts section allows users to manage the commercial structure of the shipment.
Key Capabilities
- View and manage buying and selling contracts
- Monitor expected shipment profit
- Define one or multiple profit base currencies
- Automatically calculate profit based on assigned exchange rates (ROE)
Accounting
The Accounting section provides a complete financial summary for the shipment.
Financial Visibility
- Expected profit
- Actual profit
- Sales commissions
- Gross and net profit

Create and manage:
- Vendor invoices and payments
- Customer invoices and receipts
Operations
The Operations section manages the operational workflow of each shipment.
In OFreight Pro and Ultimate versions, workflows are fully customizable.
Key Features
- Select predefined company workflows
- Update ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for each step
- Automatically generate tasks based on workflow steps
Task Synchronization
- Updating the actual date of a step automatically completes the related task
- Completing a task automatically updates the corresponding step
This helps ensure that the operations team never misses deadlines.
Customer Updates
Operational updates can trigger automatic email notifications to customers.
In OFreight Ultimate, customers can track updates in real time through the customer portal.
FCL Shipments
For FCL shipments, OFreight supports:
- Calculating demurrage and detention based on predefined tariffs
- Exporting calculations as PDF
Documentation
The Documentation section allows users to create and manage shipping documents such as:
- MBL (Master Bill of Lading)
- HBL (House Bill of Lading)
- Arrival notices
- Other shipping documents
Attachments
The Attachments section allows users to upload and manage files such as:
- Documents
- Images
- Videos
Customer Channel
Available exclusively in OFreight Ultimate, the Customer Channel enables seamless collaboration with customers through the integrated portal.
