Task List
The Task List is your control center for all tasks. Use it to scan, filter, and update work without opening each record.

What you can do
- See all tasks in one place
- Filter by date, priority, reference type, and assignee
- Mark tasks complete directly from the list
- Jump to related customer or shipment records
Table view
Table view is best for high volume and fast triage.
What you will see:
- Completed checkbox for quick updates
- Task name and status
- Reference Type and linked record
- Priority and Due Date
- Duration (in days)
- Assigned users
Use the built-in column filters to narrow results quickly.
Kanban view
Kanban view helps manage flow by stage.
- Columns: Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Information, Completed
- Drag a task between columns to update its progress stage
- Completed tasks move to the Completed column automatically

Filters and sorting
Use the status buttons at the top:
- Today, Tomorrow, Late, Future, All
Additional filters:
- Priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
- Reference Type (Shipment, Shipment Flow, Customer, Personal)
- Assigned user
Toggle Show Completed to include or hide completed tasks.

Quick actions
- Click the checkbox to mark a task complete
- Click the task name to open the full Task Details panel
- Use the status filters to focus work for the day
Reference links
If a task is linked to a Shipment or Customer, the reference badge opens the related record. This keeps work and context connected.
Tips and troubleshooting
- Tasks not showing: clear filters or switch to All.
- Overdue tasks: use the Late filter to prioritize.
- Completed tasks missing: turn on Show Completed.
