Task List

The Task List is your control center for all tasks. Use it to scan, filter, and update work without opening each record.

What you can do

  • See all tasks in one place
  • Filter by date, priority, reference type, and assignee
  • Mark tasks complete directly from the list
  • Jump to related customer or shipment records

Table view

Table view is best for high volume and fast triage.

What you will see:

  • Completed checkbox for quick updates
  • Task name and status
  • Reference Type and linked record
  • Priority and Due Date
  • Duration (in days)
  • Assigned users

Use the built-in column filters to narrow results quickly.

Kanban view

Kanban view helps manage flow by stage.

  • Columns: Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Information, Completed
  • Drag a task between columns to update its progress stage
  • Completed tasks move to the Completed column automatically

Filters and sorting

Use the status buttons at the top:

  • Today, Tomorrow, Late, Future, All

Additional filters:

  • Priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
  • Reference Type (Shipment, Shipment Flow, Customer, Personal)
  • Assigned user

Toggle Show Completed to include or hide completed tasks.

Quick actions

  • Click the checkbox to mark a task complete
  • Click the task name to open the full Task Details panel
  • Use the status filters to focus work for the day

If a task is linked to a Shipment or Customer, the reference badge opens the related record. This keeps work and context connected.

Tips and troubleshooting

  • Tasks not showing: clear filters or switch to All.
  • Overdue tasks: use the Late filter to prioritize.
  • Completed tasks missing: turn on Show Completed.
